1. Less is more
Too much make-up can make women look un-natural, and if it's applied incorrectly it could be a disaster. Instead, use moderate colors to accentuate your natural beauty.
2. Diversify
Most women tend to gravitate towards the same colors and styles all the time. The next time you go to the mall, let a knowledgeable sales person recommend a new color or style for you.
3. Cheese!
A smile will automatically make you look better. There's nothing more attractive than a great smile. (I also recommend trying Crest White Strips to brighten your smile!)
4. Chimney Sweep
Not only is smoking bad for you, it makes many women sound like Barry White. Smoking causes pre-mature wrinkling and makes your skin look pale. Today is a great time to quit and start living a healthier life.
5. Repunzel, Repunzel
When was the last time you changed your hairstyle? Maybe it's time that you got out of your comfort zone and let a stylist give you a fresh, new look.
6. Size and lies
It's time we ladies learn the tricks of the trade. Many clothing companies have their own sizing and it doesn't match up to what size we THINK we are. I say, wear what fits and flatters your figure and stop trying to squeeze into the wrong size. Nobody will ever know what's on the tag.
7. Miss Congeniality
When you have a great personality and you're not catty, it makes you more attractive to others. Don't let negative attitudes, obsessive compulsiveness, and irrational behavior become a part of who you are.
8. Tweeze please!
If you've never tweezed before, I recommend going to a professional. Tweezing brightens your face and opens up your eyes. I don't recommend shaving off your eyebrows and penciling them in.
9. Sleeping Beauty
A full night's rest will prevent the appearance of bags under the eyes. Also, avoid sleeping on your face because it can lead to wrinkles.
10. Eat right and exercise
This is classic, but you can possibly fall into the rut of thinking that because you play a sport that it's enough conditioning. You must commit to a nutritional diet as well as a cardio-vascular and weight training regime.
